★ REQUIREMENTS ★

If you don’t meet the requirements below, please do not fill out/return the application.

1. Must be an actual female in RL. For the Manager & DJ jobs you can be a male.

2. Able to understand, speak and write in English.

3. Be over 18 years old in RL with an adult avatar. NO EXCEPTIONS!

4. Your SL avatar must be at least 90 days old.

5. Able to work a minimum of 2 hours a week in the club -

Wed, Thurs, & Fri - 6:00 PM - 8:00PM​ SL Time

Sat - 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM SL Time

6. Able to hear or see text at all times while in the club.

7. Have an upgraded skin and shape and be in female human form (mesh highly preferred, no Flexi hair). Managers & DJs - Males are acceptable.

​8. You cannot own or manage another adult club in SL. This rule is NOT in place yet since we are a small club you can manage another club.

9. Must have emoting experience.

10. All staff are required to add the club to their profile picks and show staff group in profile.

Applications are processed as quickly as possible. If you meet our requirements, filled out the application correctly and we will extend an interview invitation to you.

*If for some reason we feel you aren't right for Omega XE Club, we will NOT contact you to let you know and management does NOT have to give you a reason.

Managers Gets paid 50L /Hour + 90% of tips.

DJ Gets paid /Gig+ 90% of tips. Every 1st & Last Fridays of every month! Starting Jan 2nd -Including Special Events.

Host Gets paid /Gig+ 90% of tips. Every 1st & Last Fridays of every month! Starting Jan 2nd -Including Special Events.

Exotic Dancers Gets paid 20L /Hour + 90% of tips.​ Every 2nd & 3rd Fridays of every month! & Some Events (Rotating).

> ALL Regular Staff keeps 90% of income & tips, The club keeps 10% I WILL give a sign on bonus of L$ 150 to club employees.

Example: If a DJ gets $L 1,000 in tips; the DJ gets $L 900 and the clubs retains $L 100.
